PSA: When CPU limited, using 128 tickrate on uLLeticaL Benchmark map lowers FPS significantly compared to 64 tick

The framerate average decrease running it on 128 tick over 64 tick is significant when I use the CPU bound low graphics settings i.e 800×600, everything lowest as possible and multicore rendering on.

I’ve done the test 5 times each on 64 and 128 tick to make sure I get repeatable results. The FPS average as reported in the console after the benchmark is finished is about 90fps lower on 128 tick than if I did it on 64 tick.
